Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cannabis Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Oklahoma cannabis market and possess excellent sales and customer service skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling a variety of cannabis products, including cannabis flower, pre-rolls, dabs, edibles, and other related products to dispensaries across the state.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries in the Oklahoma cannabis market.
• Act as the primary point of contact between our company and dispensaries, providing product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate dispensary staff on our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and orders.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and products.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cannabis sales, with a strong understanding of the Oklahoma cannabis market.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle) and be willing to travel within the state as needed.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, dabs, edibles, and their effects.
• Familiarity with state and local cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
